Tamagoyaki (Pan-fried rolled egg)
Tamagoyaki is a classic Japanese rolled omelette where seasoned beaten eggs are cooked in thin layers and rolled into a soft, slightly sweet log — perfect for breakfast or lunchboxes with simple ingredients. This video shows how to do it easily using a regular round frying pan in 10 minutes, no special tools needed!
